Reservoir Group has bought two more businesses to add to its portfolio.The oilfield company, based in Aberdeen, has snapped up Dutch firm The Tool Company and Aberdeen's Wellbore.The financial details of the deals has not been revealed but both company's work in the well intervention sector.Pascal Bartette, chief executive officer of Reservoir Group, said: "Both The Tool Company and Wellbore Intervention have ideal profiles to become members of our group.“Each company has demonstrated technical abilities and a service culture that perfectly matches our vision as well as our values.
