Seeing a Golden Eagle is one of the top 10 things to do on a perfect break in Scotland, an online survey of UK holiday makers has revealed.
The survey results, unveiled by tourism agency VisitScotland and Hollywood star Billy Boyd, highlighted the top 10 ways to spend a perfect day in Scotland.
They included creeping through the spooky underground crypts and dungeons in Edinburgh and cracking the Da Vinci Code and going on a quest for the Holy Grail.
