In brief...: Beijing opens new terminal
The newly-constructed Terminal 3 at Beijing Capital Airport is to open its doors in March, with Air China confirmed as the first carrier to use the facility.
The one million square metre terminal is China's largest airport project and will be the main supporting building for this year's Olympic Games in the city.
Anew 3,800 metre-long runway has also been added to accommodate the Airbus A380, the largest airplane in the world.
