Culverwell has advised on almost £600,000 of property deals in Edinburgh.

The £330,000 buy of 69 Haymarket Terrace in Edinburgh was a net initial yield of 6.65 per cent.

The unit is let to Purdie & Co at a rent of £23,000 per annum.

The next door property at 71 Haymarket Terrace went for £240,000 at a yield of 6.36 per cent.

That space is let to Inside and Out at a rent of £16,000 a year.
