In brief...: Cordatus in office switch

Cordatus Partners, a real estate investment management company, has announced it will move to new premises at 6 Walker Street in Edinburgh.

The company is moving from its current offices at St Colme Street in Edinburgh.

Tom Laidlaw, Cordatus chief executive, said: "The move marks another step in our ongoing commitment to provide a first-class professional asset and investment service.

"I am delighted that our new premises will help facilitate the continued upward movement of Cordatus Partners, not least as we are moving from basement offices to first floor accommodation."

Cordatus Partners was recognised recently at the Scottish Property Awards when the company was awarded the "Up and Coming Property Firm" category.
