In brief...: Harbour site fully let again

The 40,000 square feet Admiral Court office building in Aberdeen's Harbour area is fully let once again.

It follows Miller Cromdale leasing 16,500 sq ft to ENET at £18.30 a sq ft and 3,500 sq ft to the Wood Group at £20 a sq ft. Martin Callan, director at Aberdeen-based Cromdale Ltd, said: "In the past two years rents in the building have risen by almost 25 per cent, clearly demonstrating the Harbour district is maturing fast as an office location."
