In brief...: Circle to let Quay2 office

Healthcare provider Circle is to become the fourth tenant at the Quay2 in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh Quay confirmed the company will take the entire ground floor of the development in the Fountainbridge area.

It will be Circle's first office in Scotland and it will have Lloyds TSB, Barclays and Baker Tilly as neighbours.

Pamela Grant, director of Edinburgh Quay, said: "Circle is a first-class healthcare service and its letting complements our existing tenants. Its wide range of health care services will be of benefit to those who work and live in Edinburgh.

"Edinburgh Quay continues to go from strength to strength in attracting major international clients."
