In brief...: CALA units up for sale

Business Homes CALA Ltd has announced the completion of its new 40,000 sq ft office development in Livingston.

New Houstoun Business Park features 10 self contained two-storey office buildings, and each unit is DDA-compliant, with allocated parking spaces on-site and a state-of-the-art 24-hour security system.

Three of the units have already been sold to an investor, with two others sold to owner-occupiers. The remaining units are available on a leasehold or freehold basis.

Brian Robinson, Scottish development director for Business Homes in Scotland, said: "The Livingston development has experienced a warm reception, reinforcing the success of our other sites in Scotland."
