J&E Shepherd has been appointed to find a buyer at offers over £110,000.

The 1,500-square feet property attracts a rental of £42,500 per annum and has a turnover of approximately £400,000.

David Maxwell, commercial surveyor, said: "These premises represent an excellent opportunity to acquire a profitable restaurant in a popular location at Tollcross.
