In brief...: Firm's tech area sale
Gva Grimley has completed the sale of the former BT technical site at Lancefield Quay in Glasgow.
Northern Ireland developer McAleer & Rushe has bought the 3.73-acre site from Telereal.
Adetailed planning application for refurbishment is expected to be lodged in the next few months.
Keith Aitken, regional senior director of GVA Grimley, said: "After an extensive marketing campaign, McAleer & Rushe were chosen for the site due to its development experience across the UK and Ireland.
"This will be its largest development in Scotland and will supplement its extensive development programme throughout the UK and Ireland."
