In brief...: TWMA in £3m move
The strength of the commercial property market in Aberdeen has been emphasised by the sale of the 27,000 VectoGray building at Bridge of Don for £3million before any marketing campaign was launched.
Integrated environmental services specialists TWMA snapped up the office building in Broadfold Road from General Electric prior to it being put on the open market.
Twma plans to relocate most of its staff from its base at East Tullos to the new headquarters building in September.
