Aberdeen site pre-let
The 1.9 acres Howe Moss Avenue development at Dyce, Aberdeen, has been pre-let on a 20-year lease to underwater supplies and engineering firm MacArtney UK Ltd.
Construction by developers Knight Property Group is due to start this month and be completed by the end of the year.
Howe Moss Avenue is located within Kirkhill Industrial Estate, which benefits from close proximity to Aberdeen Airport and the Wellheads Industrial Estate in Dyce.
