One CW to dominate city skyline

A new image of a project which will dominate the Glasgow skyline has been released by developers Dandara.

The £200million One City Wharf will stand next to the Kingston Bridge when it is completed in October next year.

Alan Kinloch, development director for Dandara, said: "It will be the most prestigious address in the city. Glasgow has yet to see a commercial development that can compete on location and quality of specification.

"Dandara is pushing expectations within the commercial property sector with One CW and will incorporate a number of distinguishable features which will be a first for Glasgow."

Developed over four phases, the imposing structure will create a new urban village to the west of the Kingston Bridge, offering 240,000 square feet of grade A office space, built alongside 856 contemporary apartments in four, 22 storey towers and retail space for cafes and shops to support the regeneration of an entire new community.
