Eric Galbraith and Finlay Crossan join the firm
Brodies has announced the appointment of new partners to its oil and gas and corporate merger and acquisition divisions.
Corporate lawyer Eric Galbraith joins Brodies' Glasgow office from Dundas and Wilson, where he spent the past 22 years of his career.
He is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and international franchising and regularly advises clients in the food and drink industry and in the public sector on corporate structures.
Finlay Crossan an oil and gas specialist, will join Brodies' Aberdeen office from Bond Pearce next month.
He brings more than 20 years experience working in the oil and gas sector, both in private practice and working in-house, and is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the International Bar Association.
