Firm now has the largest team of solicitor advocates of any Scottish legal practice
Three lawyers at Simpson & Marwick have been granted extended rights of audience as solicitor advocates.
Partners David Hughes and Mark Donaldson and associate Steven Guild were admitted in a ceremony at the Court of Session today.
Simpson & Marwick said following today's ceremony its Solicitor Advocacy Unit has now grown to 13 in total to become the largest team of any Scottish legal practice.
Hughes is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an employment law specialist and joins Sandy Kemp and Alan Cowan as solicitor advocates in the firm’s specialist employment law team.
Mark Donaldson is a specialist in health and safety and personal injury and Guild specialises in commercial litigation.
