10-year lease agreed on 4000 sq. ft west end property
Dundas & Wilson is expanding its presence in the north east by opening a new corporate office in Aberdeen.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease on the 4,000 sq ft west end property - marketed by Ryden – on a rent deal of £120,000 a year.
FG Burnett negotiated the lease for the property at 11 Queens Gardens on behalf of the firm.
Dundas & Wilson joins Anderson Anderson & Brown, Craig Group, HSBC, Brewin Dolphin and Ernst & Young, who all have offices in the area.
Through its new office, Dundas & Wilson said it will initially concentrate on the corporate market in Aberdeen but will also look to build a team of lawyers to address the specific requirements of the wider Aberdeen market.
The Aberdeen team will be lead by senior corporate partners Douglas Crawford and David Davidson and senior associate Helen Machin.
FG Burnett director Jonathan Nesbitt said: “Quality accommodation in the west end is at a premium and the property was secured in the face of stiff competition.
“Our client is looking forward to opening for business in the heart of Aberdeen’s business district and the office is an ideal platform from which to further develop their services in the north east.”
