Law firm reports growth despite tough conditions
Brodies has announced a 13 per cent rise in operating profit to £14.5 million.
Figures from the law firm revealed turnover grew three per cent to £36.9 million for the 12 months to April 30, 2011.
During the period Brodies opened a new office, promoted three lawyers to partner and recruitment 10 more partners.
The firm now claims to have more Scottish based lawyers than any other firm with its rivals all having significant London operations.
