In brief...: New HQ for legal group

Rowson & Associates has bought a new headquarters and launched a leasing division.

The new office on Holburn Street, Aberdeen, gives 1,400 square feet of space across two floors.

The law firm and estate agency completed more than £30million of property transactions in its first year of trading.

Now its leasing division has been opened to meet client demand in the granite city.

Julie Rowson, founder and director, said: "We feel the office is anideal base for our future growth. We are delighted to now be providing leasing expertise for the many individuals who require these services. It has been a positive year so far."
