In brief...: Firm wraps up £8m sale
Brodies has completed the £8million sale of CML Biotech to Intertek Holdings.
Aberdeen-based CML provides laboratory and consultancy services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
Shuna Stirling, partner in Brodies, said: "The Aberdeen deals market is particularly lively at the moment and we are pleased to have worked with CML to reach a positive conclusion on the acquisition by Intertek.
"This is one of a number of deals we are working on in the North-east."
