In brief...: eBay tightens pay system
Protection for internet users who use the PayPal payment service for eBay transactions is to be enhanced as part of the company's fight against fraud.
The improved measures will benefit both buyers and sellers, with buyers guaranteed a full refund if a seller fails to deliver an item, and sellers given unlimited protection against a charge being reversed, eBay said.
