Pay Pal bid to curb phishing
Online payment service PayPal has warned it may take measures to block people using older versions of web browsers in a bid to stem phishing attacks.
PayPal, owned by auction site eBay, says a large number of people are still using Microsoft's Internet Explorer versions three and four which are more than a decade old and have no phishing filter.
