Kerr takes up a non-executive director position on September 1
Shopfitter Havelock Europa has appointed Alastair Kerr to its board as a non-executive director.
Kerr's career in the retail sector spans more than three decades, including senior management positions at Mothercare Europe, Virgin Retail Europe, Kwik-Fit's UK operations and most recently, as managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at The Body Shop International.
He is currently a non-executive director at White Stuff Ltd and Fuller, Smith and Turner PLC, where he is also chairman of the remuneration committee.
Kerr is also a trustee of The Body Shop Foundation.
Havelock Europa chairman David MacLellan said: "I am delighted that Alastair has agreed to join the board of Havelock Europa.
“Alastair brings with him extensive global retail experience which will add great value to the Board.”
Kerr will take up his position on September 1.
