Firm invests £300,000 on new 15,000 sq. ft office, warehouse, workshop and yard space
Reef Subsea is moving to a new 15,000 sq. ft office and warehouse premises at the Altens Industrial Estate in Aberdeen.
The company said the £300,000 investment in the bespoke building will support expansion of its group companies specialising in subsea services to the oil and gas and renewables sectors.
Reef's three group companies, Reef Subsea IRM & Construction, Reef Subsea Power & Umbilical and Reef Subsea Dredging & Excavation, will all move to the new 'Reef Subsea House' premises.
The new base comprises 6,000 sq. ft of office space and 9,000 sq. ft of warehousing, workshop and yard space.
Mark Preece, chief executive of the Reef Subsea Group, said: “We believe Aberdeen is key for future oil and gas development in the North Sea and, coupled with our strong connections in Norway, it is the best location for our business to flourish."
