Holman relocating from Edinburgh office to lead CBRE's Aberdeen lease consultancy team
Property agent CBRE has announced David Holman is to relocate from its Edinburgh office to lead its Aberdeen lease consultancy team.
Holman, a director with CBRE, is a specialist in renewable energy and spent 18 months with Scottish Enterprise on secondment working on port infrastructure projects.
He was project coordinator for the Port of Leith Marine Renewables Development Project, and also led the delivery of the Energy Park Fife master plan.
CBRE said his move to Aberdeen is a result of “an increase in new instructions within the thriving market in Aberdeen”.

“He brings with him a wealth of experience in lease consultancy and also his expertise in the renewables sector will be extremely beneficial to our energy sector and developer clients.”
