Rent of £90,000 a year agreed on a 10-year lease with “upward only” five-yearly rent reviews
Property agent CBRE has secured a 10-year lease with stationery design firm Paperchase on a 4,000 sq.ft property in St Andrews.
The ground and first floor unit on Market Street was formerly occupied by Clinton Cards.
Paperchase has agreed a rent of £90,000 per annum, subject to “upward only” five-yearly rent reviews.
Callum Mortimer, associate director with CBRE, said: “St Andrews remains popular amongst retailers and Paperchase is an excellent addition to what is already an impressive tenant line-up within the town.
“There was strong competition between occupiers for the property, reinforcing the fact that St Andrews is Scotland’s premier market town.”
