Firm moving to industrial estate
Cromwell Industrial Tools has agreed terms to open a unit at Bilston Glen Industrial Estate.
The Loanhead site will be the company's first base in the Lothians adding to outlets in Aberdeen, Glenrothes, Dundee and the two in Glasgow.
A 10 year-lease has been taken on 5,670 square feet at Bilston Park.
David Smart, development director of landlord J Smart & Co (Contractors), said: "Cromwell has chosen Bilston Park as the estate was well-established and has proved a very successful location for businesses serving Edinburgh."
Colliers International advised the landlord and Bryce Stewart, director of industrial and logistics, added: "Within a tough business environment, companies seeking accommodation are not prepared to sacrifice quality.
"The buildings speculatively constructed by J Smart & Co (Contractors) are continuing to prove attractive to expanding businesses.
