Agency to market building
Ryden has been appointed as a joint marketing agent by The Aviva Investors Property Trust.
The agency will work with Jones Lang LaSalle to find occupiers for the two vacant floors at 123 St Vincent Street in Glasgow.
There is 14,750 square feet over the second floor and 15,500 square feet over the sixth floor available with rates from £22.50 per square foot.
Tenants in the building include Semple Fraser, Aberdeen Asset Management, Pinsent Masons and Hutchinson 3G UK.
