Superdry, Stormfront and Paperchase have all agreed terms on units at the Overgate shopping centre.
Fashion retailer Superdry is the largest new tenant and has taken a 10-year lease on 4,694 square feet in the Dundee mall.
Computer reseller Stormfront, which specialises in Apple products, has moved into a 1,744 square feet unit with card firm Paperchase taking 1,914 square feet.
The Carphone Warehouse has also doubled the size of its store to 1,947 square feet.
Land Securities bought the Overgate in December last year for £141 million.
Jonny Buckle, portfolio manager Land Securities, said: "We are delighted with the new high quality tenants we have secured to date.
"Phase one of our asset management strategy, to fill the voids, has proved a great success and is nearly complete.
"Phase two of the strategy will commencein the autumn of this year, with a number of new top retailers already at the heads of terms stage which will add to the blend of the tenant mix."
Stuart Moncur, head of retail at Cushman and Wakefield in Scotland, represents Land Securities and said: "Dundee has one of the largest student populations in the UK with one in seven local residents being in higher education and this is reflected in the new retailers entering the scheme with Superdry, Stormfront, Paperchase all selling products appealing to that demographic.
"Having Superdry and Stormfront on the upper mall adds a completely new dimension to the tenant mix at that level and will be a magnet for other quality retailers."
