Asset management business snaps up Perth site
Moorgarth Group has bought St Catherine's Retail Park on behalf of an overseas investor.
The seller, represented by Henderson Global Investors and Harvey Spack, accepted £12 million for the Perth site.
Current occupiers include Wickes, Pets at Home, JJB Sports, Harveys and Tile Giant.
The Glasgow office of property agency Colliers and law firm Morton Fraser advised Moorgarth.
