Building firm moves Scottish HQ
The Apollo Group has moved its headquarters from Glasgow to Paisley.
The property services company made the move to Linwood as it is involved in a multi-million pound housing refurbishment programme for Renfrewshire Council.
Around 100 sub-contractors have been appointed to work on the project which covers 13,000 properties.
Eamonn McGarvey, regional director at Apollo, said: "The decision to move to Renfrewshire from Glasgow allows us to have our base closer to where this major housing refurbishment is being carried out.
"We are very pleased to be doing our bit to help the employment situation in Renfrewshire and have great confidence in the economic future of this area."
