Dairy firm blames price increase on fuel cost rise

MILK suppliers Robert Wiseman Dairies yesterday blamed soaring fuel and packaging costs for their price hikes.

Chairman Alan Wiseman said: "The last few months have been among the most difficult we've faced."

Shares in the Glasgow firm, who supply supermarket giants Tesco and Sainsbury's, were down two per cent.
