John Nicolson, president of Heineken Americas to join the board in January 2013 and Jonathan Warburton steps down with immediate effect
Irn-bru maker AG Barr has appointed the current president of Heineken Americas to its board.
John Nicolson, a former director with Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, will join the AG Barr board in January of next year.
He is currently based in New York, responsible for Heineken's operations on the US, Brazil and Mexico, as well as being deputy chairman of Compania Cervecerias Unidas, S.A. (Chile).
Barr also announced today Jonathan Warburton is stepping down from his non-executive role with immediate effect to focus more on his role at Warburtons.
