The bulk of the new recruits will be based at the company's headquarters in Edinburgh.
The roles include brand ambassadors, financial positions and sales.
Dougal Sharp, managing director, said: "The focus last year was on creating the right systems infrastructure to cope with the increased demand for our products.
"Now that they are in place and we are seeing the fruits of our labours, the time has come to recruit the right people to continue driving forward the growth at the incredible rates we have experienced to date."
The recruitment is part of a £1m investment project which will see the firm's ground floor and basement redeveloped into a visitor centre.
Scottish Enterprise has pledged £175,000 through Regional Selective Assistance to help fund the work.
Search Consultancy is working with the brewer to select candidates for the jobs.
