X-Factor hopeful Rikki on the rise

Working in recruitment Rikki Loney might have a few insider tips about howbest to perform in front of a panel.

However, auditioning for the X-Factor with Simon Cowell staring at you would be enough to turn the most confident performer to jelly. But Loney described the judges on the show as "fantastic" and offered supportive comments.

Having only joined Rise Group two months ago from Arcadia Group, Rikki has already settled in with his new colleagues.

Group managing director Gregor Campbell said: "We are expecting big things from Rikki, both in his career within our fast-expanding group and also in this year's X Factor." The Glasgow audition will be screened on stv later this summer.
