Helen's day out with Nick

BUSINESS7 competition winner Helen Fitzgibbon had a ball in her day at the Nick Nairn Cook School.

The prize, provided by porridge brand Hamlyns of Scotland, saw her rustling up an oat-based meal consisting of potato cakes, lamb and cranachan at Lake of Menteith near Aberfoyle.

The account manager at graphic design firm 442 said: "It was a really enjoyable day with a real mix of people. Nick was really passionate about locally sourced food. My only regret was taking the car as there was lots of wine on offer."
