2010 Winter Games for temporary power company

Aggreko will provide power and temperature control equipment for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver.

Previously Aggreko has operate at the Salt Lake City Winter Games in 2002.

Dave Cobb, of the Vancouver Organising Committee, said: "Successfully staging the 2010 Winter Games requires an enormous amount of behind-the-scenes work and equipment including the temporary power and temperature regulation.

"With Aggreko's vast experience providing temporary power to past Olympic Games and other major events, we can't think of a better company to help us deliver smooth, seamless Games that will inspire our nation and a global television audience of three billion."
