Recruitment software developer Logical Innovations has launched a new feature for its TalentTracker system.

The rewards calculator module allows candidates to understand the value of the total package which may be available to them. It uses criteria such as location, position, pension and hours plus displays benefits such as pension, holidays, bonuses and car allowance.
