In brief: Rise in deal with Avance

Rise Group's specialist contact centre recruitment division has entered into a sole supply service agreement with outsourcing firm Avance.

The value of the deal has not been disclosed but is understood to be 'substantial'.

David Williams, business manager for Rise's contact centre recruitment division, said: "Our agreement with Avance will lead to a superior recruitment journey for candidates and our experience tells us the arrangement should contribute to Avance's already impressive business performance."

Jennifer Middleton, group human resources manager at Avance, said: "Rise has provided Avance with a quality service to date."
