A westminster debate over the equal treatment of temporary and agency workers ended inconclusively.

During the debate, Andrew Miller MP, who tabled the Bill, voiced concerns temporary workers do not have access to training and they should receive fair remuneration for work of equal value.

However, Pat McFadden, minister for employment relations, confirmed the Government could not support the Bill.
