In brief: Digital media lacking talent
It is becoming more difficult to recruit in the digital media sector due to a limited talent pool, research has found.
In a survey by Chinwag Jobs, 97 per cent of those questioned found it problematic to attract suitably qualified staff. The Digital Skills Survey 07 also found more than three-quarters reported problems persuading staff to stay even once they were employed.
