In brief...: Greymatter merger deal
Top recruiter Carol-Ann Massie has merged her company Greymatter Consulting with executive search firm Carlyle Associates.
Massie will take over as managing director of Carlyle, while founder Duggie Carlyle will remain to drive growth and strategy, as well as remaining on the board of parent company Head Resourcing.
"The deal will help to significantly increase the growth and client offering of the combined executive search businesses," said Massie. "This is a key move for both businesses and will provide a wide range of senior appointment search services."
The business will remain based in Edinburgh.
