In brief...: Award for THUS team

The human resources team from telecoms group THUS has won a national award.

It was recognised as Team of the Year at the HR Network prizegiving ceremony.

Gillian Campbell, director of HR at THUS said: "Over the course of the last year the HR team has delivered strong results.

"Challenged with integrating two acquisitions and supporting growth from new business, the team's response has been exceptional.

"Integration activities included consolidation of three employee forums, a phased programme of policy consolidation and widespread business restructuring."
